Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days and if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We aim to dispatch orders of stocked goods within 2-3 days of the date of payment for domestic shipments and 2-5 days for international shipments. If you need your delivery sooner than this then let us know by email at and we will do our best to get it to your as soon as we can. Any duties or taxes that may be incurred during shipment will be the customer's responsibility to fulfil.
